Synopsis: Kindly Dr. Adrian (Boris Karloff) is on the verge of creating a polio serum. Unfortunately, in order to complete his experiment he needs spinal fluid from a recently deceased human. All seems hopeless, but when a wild ape escapes from a nearby circus, Dr. Adrian's research takes on a ghastly new dimension.
